What Free & Clear is

Free & Clear provides budgeting and planning education: organizing a household's debts into a verified ledger, modeling payoff scenarios, and supporting a monthly review rhythm. It is not licensed financial, tax, or legal advice, and it is not credit repair, debt settlement, or debt management. Questions about taxes, bankruptcy, or legal disputes are referred to licensed professionals.

What we never do

• We never take custody of, move, or make payments with a client's money.
• We never negotiate with creditors or promise credit-score outcomes.
• We never guarantee a debt-free date or any result — plans are modeled estimates built from the documents a family provides, and real rates and life events move dates.

Offers and payment

• The Freedom Kit — $79 one-time: digital templates, trap checklist, house rules, and a fill-in workbook, delivered digitally.
• The Freedom Plan — $497 one-time (founding cohort: the first 10 families at $297): the full build — document intake, verified ledger, pile sort, leak list, three modeled speeds, a custom workbook, and a delivery session.
• Run It With Us — $99/month: monthly reviews, re-models, and milestone tracking. Cancel anytime; cancellation stops future billing and ends the review service.
• Freedom + Ownership Track — $1,497 one-time: everything in the Plan plus quarterly re-models, war-chest buildout, and an acquisition-roadmap session.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Plan delivery begins when a family's documents are complete; ledger and scenarios are delivered within 5 business days of complete documents. If we cannot build your plan from the documents provided, we will tell you plainly and refund the Plan fee.

Your responsibilities

Your plan is only as accurate as your documents. You agree to provide complete and truthful information, and you remain solely responsible for your payments, accounts, and financial decisions. Following any plan is voluntary and at your own pace.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lifeofmorr LLC's liability arising from these services is limited to the fees you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
